Brown, Burdine Announces Merger with TRINITY Analysis & Dev.

We are very happy to announce that as of June 7, 2010, Brown, Burdine & Associates, LLC (BBA) entered into a business combination/merger agreement with TRINITY Analysis & Development Corp. TRINITY is a locally-owned Engineering/Manufacturing firm that has been in business in Fort Walton Beach since 2002. The owner of TRINITY is Mr. Maurice (Mo) Evans. Mo worked at Eglin for over 20 years before starting TRINITY. In 2008, the Small Business Administration (SBA) certified TRINITY as an “8a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)”. BBA and Trinity began exploring the possibility of merging Trinity's engineering/manufacturing expertise in the federal arena with BBA's extensive Federal experience and history in the area of environmental consulting. Our merger will provide easier contractual access for our Federal customers and provide additional opportunities for our companies. Mo Evans and Jeff Brown (BBA President) grew up together in Fort Walton Beach and went to college together at Auburn University. They have known each other for over 30 years.

The merger will be transparent to our customers with all of Brown, Burdine & Associates employees and resources transferred to TRINITY. Our Clients will see an increase in our level of service, contractual access and quality as we gain from the synergy of combining management with over 50 years of Federal contracting experience. You will continue to see Brown, Burdine & Associates, LLC on reports, documents, etc. as we close out projects and transition to TRINITY.
